Virtual Teambuilding Facilitators (Part-Time)

Short summary of the job:
To deliver facilitated virtual teambuilding programmes, delivered from the Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC) / external venue, for a range of audiences, from Secondary Schools to Post-Secondary Educational Institutions.
Responsibilities:
- To conduct programmes such as Virtual Escape Rooms and Virtual Amazing Race.
- To manage virtual conferencing platforms such as MSTeams and Zoom.
- To share the connection between the virtual gameplay and the Singapore Story (e.g. link to defence of Singapore etc.).
Requirements:
- Passionate about the Singapore Story and committed to sharing it to instil confidence in Singapore’s future and the desire to contribute to it.
- Able to communicate and present fluently in English. Fluency in a second language would be advantageous.
- Enjoy interacting with students of various ages.
- Prior experience in facilitating would be advantageous.
- Possess at least a diploma or a degree.
- 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the education or tourism industry.
Working Hours:
- Sessions would fall mostly during weekdays, with some possible sessions on weekends.
- Specific requirements would depend on the demands of the schools/clients. There is no fixed schedule nor minimum number of bookings.
Hourly Rates:
- Weekdays/Weekends: $15/hour
