“Live” Virtual Tour

“Live” Virtual Tours are suitable alternatives to outdoor NE tours. Participants will join in via a video platform and a “live” video stream will be established with the guide on-site. Follow the guide around various places of interest, hear their stories, and interact via a live chat box. Be engaged in online games (e.g. Bingo, spot the difference, etc) to increase engagement and have fun while learning.

Did you know that Singapore was not a sleepy fishing village before the British arrived? In fact, we had a bustling economic landscape since the 14th Century! As we continue to expand our trade connections and relations out of Singapore, it is important that we remember how we began, and the efforts that we have put in to build our nation today. Fort Canning’s rich material and natural heritage makes it a great site to begin exploring Singapore’s pre-colonial history and maritime story.
