"Lessons from WW2 - The Fall of Singapore" is an in-depth look at the Malayan Campaign from the Japanese forces landing in Kota Bahru to the surrender of Singapore, looking at the personalities, tactics, planning and heroic actions that shaped this traumatic period in Singapore’s history. We also draw out important lessons that remain relevant till today for Singapore. Mr C Cher is the owner and operator of Battlefield Tours specialising in tours that focus on military aspects of the Malayan Campaign in Singapore and Malaya. He has guided many international military groups to various important sites and has lectured within MINDEF on the Malayan Campaign on several occasions.
