Frequently Asked Questions
Are the paintballs toxic?
Paintballs are composed of a non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble polymer. The paints can be washed off easily.
What is the minimum age requirement to play paintball?
By law, all players must be 18 years of age and above and each player will have to submit an endorsed waiver form to our Paintball Facilitators on the actual game day. Minors aged 14 to 17 can still participate in the game if the waiver form is signed by their parent/guardian, and submitted to us on the actual game day.
How many rounds can I play?
Each group will have the field for approximately 2 hours. The group can play about 3-5 rounds depending on the number of paints remaining. An average player uses about 40-80 paints in 2 hours.
How many people can play in the arena?
A maximum of 20 players can play at one time. If there are more than 20 players in the group, the group will be spilt into three or more teams, where each team will play the game in rotation.
What happens if it rains on the game day?
In the event of rain before the commencement of the game, the affected group will be given a rain-check, valid for 3 months, or may opt for a full refund. Rain-check bookings will have to made as per the usual booking procedures.
What is the attire for paintball?
Long sleeved tops and long pants are recommended for gameplay. It is compulsory for all players to wear covered shoes with good traction. Players in slippers/slip-ons or sandals will not be allowed inside the arena. Crossfire Paintball reserves the right to reject guest(s) without proper footwear and attire.
How do I book a paintball game?
What should I do on the actual game day?
Please proceed to inform the ticketing counter of your group’s arrival and our Paintball Facilitators will take over by conducting a safety briefing followed by an introduction to the day’s activities.
