The membership card is strictly non-transferable and the privilege of free entry is only limited to persons whose names are on the card. |
| 2) |
Identity cards may be requested for verification purposes. |
| 3) |
If lost, stolen or damaged, please notify us in writing. A replacement fee of $20.00 shall apply. |
| 4) |
Paid membership fees are non-refundable. |
| 5) |
Only one domestic helper or grandparent may take the place of an absent parent. Grandparents/Domestic helpers are admitted as a gesture of goodwill. |
| 6) |
Two parent replacements are not allowed at any time. |
| 7) |
SDC shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to any property or person arising from any cause whatsoever including whilst they are at the premises. |
| 8) |
SDC shall reserve its right to amend, alter and modify the terms and conditions stated herein without prior notice. |
